Occasionally, we may have just sold an item which you ordered and have not had time to take it off our site. We apologize for any disappointment, but we will reach you to see if you would like a substitution, special order, or just cancellation.

While we make every effort to ensure the items listed online and in our stores are priced accurately, occasionally items may be mislabeled. In the event a product is listed or scanned at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, technical, or other error, Diamond Boutique shall have the right to refuse any sale at the incorrect price.

All descriptions of weight and size are approximate. While we do our best to maintain our website’s accuracy and try and fix typographical errors when we are made aware of them, we reserve the right to unilaterally correct any mistake in image, price, or description that appears on our site.

Certain discounts are available when shipping online. If you have a promotion code, you may enter it when checking out to receive the discount. Discounts may never be combined, are not valid on diamonds, loose gemstones, repairs and engravings, and are not valid retroactively.

Some products may appear larger or smaller than their actual size depending on the monitor on which it is being viewed therefore product color and size could vary slightly. Diamond Boutique makes every effort to avoid any errors or inaccurate information displayed on our website.
