RECOMMENDED JEWELRY CARE

While the jewelry Diamond Boutique sells is designed to last, it will last longer with proper care. We encourage common sense and caution when wearing jewelry and recommend appropriate care, such as:  

·       Store jewelry carefully in a dry, dust-free place such as in its jewelry pouch or box, and keep it separated from other                          materials to avoid scratches.

·       Remove your jewelry when using cleaning solvents or applying beauty products.

·       Do not wear your jewelry while swimming or bathing or when exposed to extreme temperatures.

·       Do not expose items to water or moisture, as it can tarnish your jewelry.

WARRANTIES

Diamond Boutique offers complimentary ultrasonic cleanings for life. We guarantee the structural integrity of all jewelry to be free of manufacturing defects. We offer a thirty day manufacturing warranty on all jewelry purchased at Diamond Boutique. Please contact us immediately if you believe your piece has a defect. For all well loved pieces that experience normal wear and tear we offer repair services to restore your piece to its original grandeur. We advise you to add  fine jewelry to a homeowners, renters or individual policy; this will protect against loss, damage or theft of jewelry. 

GETTING YOUR JEWELRY INSURED

We highly recommend insuring your engagement ring and wedding bands. We have a system in place to help set up our clients for insurance immediately to protect their new purchase, however you may also choose to add on a line-item to your homeowners or renters insurance or personalized jewelry insurance. Feel free to take your appraisal to your own insurance agent or get insurance through us right away! Our system is through Jewelers Mutual. Orders

Please expect 6-8 weeks for your order to be handmade and ready to ship. We try to accommodate rush orders whenever possible, so contact us at sales@diamondboutiqueonline.com prior to placing your order to confirm we can make your required delivery date.

Payments

We accept all major credit cards through our secure payment gateway.

Return/Exchange Policy 

As all of our pieces are made to order, all sales are final. We recommend that you confirm appropriate sizing for rings prior to placing your online order.

However, if you should wish to exchange a product or return a product for store credit, please contact sales@diamondboutiqueonline.com. We will accept returns of all new, unused jewelry within 7 days of delivery confirmation date with original packaging in perfect condition. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered in any way will not be accepted for store credit or exchange.

 

Once your return has been processed, you will be notified via email. All prior shipping charges are non refundable. Customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with any such returns, and we recommend that you insure any shipments for up to the value of the returned item.

*Custom design pieces, Engagement Rings, Wedding Rings, and any pieces with customizations are final sale and cannot be returned for store credit or exchange.

Taxes

We collect local sales tax for any orders that ship to destinations within the State of California.  This sales tax, if any, will be added to the cost of your order during checkout.

Shipping

All US orders are shipped via FedEx. Overnight and next day is available for an additional fee. Orders may not be shipped to P.O. Boxes.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. 

​

All orders require a signature upon delivery. Please make sure you are available to sign for your order when it is delivered, as you are solely responsible for the acceptance of your order upon delivery. Diamond Boutique is not responsible for any lost packages, delayed delivery, or any other issues once your order leaves Diamond Boutique. If your order is sent back to Diamond Boutique by the shipping company for failure to deliver, you will be required to pay for the re-shipment of your order.

Lost Packages

If a package is lost in transit, we will do everything possible to help track your package. However, once proof of delivery is generated, we cannot be held responsible.  Please make sure to note a shipping address that is secure.
